Crafting Stories that Resonate
I am a visual storyteller and screenwriter originally from Nuuk, Greenland. In September 2025, I won the Pitch and Manuscript Competition at the Nuuk International Film Festival with my manuscript Minikka, a horror story set in Greenland. As a result, I had the opportunity to pitch Minikka again at the Reykjavik International Film Festival 2025 — a tremendous experience that brought the project one step closer to the screen.

Brief overview
I started writing screenplays after finishing a children's book, The Adventures of Munro, and quickly fell in love with the process of building worlds and voices from the ground up.
My writing focuses on — e.g. spooky spine tingling screenplays, often female-led, and social thrillers, etc. I’m drawn to flawed and powerful characters, emotional truth, and stories that linger after the credits roll.
I’ve written 2 feature scripts and 1 short films with another feature film being formulated structurally.
When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me being creative by knitting (lampshades, wristwarmers etc.) or fly fishing — e.g. wandering bookshops, people-watching in cafés, or plotting my next story twist.
